Head of Marketing

About the Role

This is a founding marketing leadership role at a fast-growing B2B/B2C AI SaaS company, giving you full ownership of strategy, budget, and execution. You'll translate a highly technical AI voice product into compelling positioning and build a scalable, AI-first growth engine that drives pipeline — a pivotal hire as the company expands into the UK and US markets.

What You'll Do

• Own marketing end-to-end, including strategy, budget, channel mix, and KPI reporting tied to pipeline impact.

• Define and evolve the company's positioning, narrative, and content to make a technical product clear and conversion-focused.

• Build and run a growth playbook that leverages AI and automation to scale inbound across organic and paid channels.

• Plan and execute go-to-market launches for new segments and international markets, with a focus on UK and US expansion.

• Continuously test new channels, running experiments and using data to guide decisions.

• Start hands-on and progressively hire and develop a high-performing marketing team.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years in growth or marketing, with demonstrated ownership of the function and meaningful budget responsibility — ideally at an early-stage company or as an early marketing hire.

• Proven ability to translate complex or technical products into clear, memorable positioning and storytelling.

• Strong hands-on experience across both organic and paid channels, with a focus on building repeatable growth playbooks.

• Data-driven mindset: comfortable designing experiments, tracking KPIs, and making decisions from results.

• Deep familiarity with AI and automation tools applied to marketing workflows.

• Experience hiring and leading marketing teams while staying operationally involved.

• Experience leading international go-to-market launches (e.g. UK/US expansion).

• Fully bilingual in English and German — able to craft marketing messaging and collaborate cross-functionally in both languages.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: €75,000 – €120,000 per year. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
