Performance Growth Marketing Manager (all genders)

We're looking for a Performance Growth Marketing Manager (all genders) who is excited to own demand generation, optimize acquisition across multiple channels, and help build a high-performing marketing engine.

Your Mission

As our Performance Growth Marketing Manager, you will own and continuously optimize our paid acquisition strategy across Google, Microsoft Ads and LinkedIn .

Your goal is simple: generate high-quality pipeline efficiently while improving campaign performance across the entire customer journey. You will work closely with Content, Design, Product Marketing and Sales to transform insights into measurable business growth. This role offers significant ownership, visibility and the opportunity to shape how performance marketing evolves at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company.

• Own and optimize paid acquisition across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta and LinkedIn Ads

• Manage and optimize media budgets to maximize pipeline growth and ROI

• Optimize campaigns across the full funnel to improve performance and conversion rates

• Run A/B tests across ads, audiences, creatives, and landing pages

• Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (CPC, CPL, CAC, ROAS, pipeline contribution)

• Collaborate with Sales, Content, Design, and Product Marketing to drive high-quality demand generation

• Identify new growth opportunities and continuously improve our paid acquisition strategy

Your Profile

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads; experience with Microsoft Ads, Meta and LinkedIn Ads is a strong plus

• Proven experience driving B2B lead generation and pipeline growth, ideally in a SaaS environment

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and business decisions

• Experience managing and optimizing media budgets based on performance, pipeline, and ROI

• Solid understanding of the full B2B demand generation funnel and conversion optimization

• Proficiency with GA4, HubSpot, and advertising platforms; experience with attribution and reporting is a plus

• Experience optimizing landing pages and running A/B tests to improve conversion rates

• Excellent project management skills with a structured, proactive, and results-driven approach

• Fluent German (C1 preferred, minimum B2+) and good English communication skills

• Curious, growth-oriented, and eager to stay ahead of performance marketing best practices and industry trends
