{ your_responsibilities : [

• You will actively shape the future of the DKB website, support its redesign, and continuously enhance dkb.de and key customer touchpoints such as the chatbot, financial education content and product pages.
  
• You will continuously develop the DKB website as a central platform for information and digital sales, ensuring that customers can quickly find relevant information and easily access digital services.
• You will prioritize requirements based on their impact, critically evaluate them, and work with stakeholders to translate them into a clear product roadmap focused on measurable outcomes.
• You will identify opportunities for improvement, contribute ideas for further development and turn them into concrete product initiatives - whether they originate from business requirements, data insights or the team itself.
• You will use data and targeted research to understand user behavior, test personalization approaches and measure their impact using relevant KPIs.
• Together with the development team, you will help shape a modern, high-performing and maintainable technology platform while consistently advancing areas such as SEO, accessibility and technology modernization.

{ following_qualifications_would_be_in_line_with_our_desired_profile_for_this_position: [

• You have several years of experience in digital product management and a proven track record of successfully developing complex websites, content platforms or self-service products.
• You are able to structure and clearly articulate business requirements and are equally comfortable collaborating with developers, business teams and other stakeholders.
• You consistently take a user-centric approach and know how to balance user needs with business objectives.
• You have a solid understanding of modern web technologies and are confident in assessing technical dependencies and the implications of product decisions.
• You take a data- and outcome-driven approach, using KPIs, web analytics, user feedback and research to set priorities and demonstrate impact.
• You bring different stakeholders together, facilitate discussions around differing expectations and make well-founded, transparent decisions even when interests conflict.
• Ideally, you have experience in fintech, banking, or another regulated industry and are proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro and Figma.
• Confident communication in German and English , ideally at B2 level or above
