HR Working Student - People & Culture (m/f/d)

Do you want to gain hands-on HR experience while helping fight climate change? Cozero is one of Europe’s fastest-growing climate tech startups, and we’re looking for a HR Working Student - People & Culture to support our People team in building a strong, inclusive, and mission-driven organization.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our People & Recruiting team and gain real exposure to HR operations, onboarding, and employee experience in a growing startup environment.

📍 Important: This role is ideally based in Berlin or nearby (hybrid setup).

🎯 What you’ll do

• Support daily HR administration (contracts, certificates, document management, payroll-related updates).

• Assist the recruiting team with coordination and candidate communication.

• Onboarding: Support and the onboarding for new hires to ensure a smooth and welcoming start.

• Help organize onboarding sessions and maintain onboarding materials and plans.

• Maintain employee records, organizational charts, and internal directories with a high level of confidentiality.

• Respond to routine HR related questions from employees (benefits, payroll, policies).

• Support the organization of company events and initiatives that strengthen our culture.

• Assist with HR policies, processes and internal documentation.

⭐ You'll thrive in this role if you:

• Are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree ( e.g. HR , Psychology, Business Administration or similar)

• Are available 10-20 hours/week for at least 6 months.

• Have a strong interest in HR, People Operations and administrative processes.

• Are structured, reliable and enjoy keeping things organized.

• Feel comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment.

• Are fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have: German fluency.
