Senior UX/UI Designer (m/f/d)

We are seeking a creative and driven Senior UX Designer for areas of Drone Control & Gamified Interfaces to craft intuitive, immersive, and ergonomic control interfaces for real-time drone operations and enhance our web-based applications.​

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Design and prototype user experiences for ground control systems managing single drones, ISR operations, and multi-drone teaming/swarming scenarios​

• Apply UI Design principles to create intuitive, engaging interfaces for real-time control systems, drawing inspiration from immersive game mechanics​

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and drone operators to understand user needs and translate them into innovative design solutions​

• Optimize existing web applications for usability and performance, ensuring a seamless user experience​

• Develop interaction models, wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes for drone control interfaces​

• Test, evaluate, and iterate designs through user feedback and usability studies​

• Maintain and advocate for UX best practices in real-time system design, including latency considerations and task prioritization strategies

What you bring to the team:

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, preferably in industries involving real-time systems, control interfaces, or gaming​

• Strong understanding of immersive user interaction design​

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar​

• Experience with usability testing, wireframing, and user-centered design methodologies​

• Ability to design intuitive interfaces for complex systems, considering latency and response challenges in real-time applications​

• Familiarity with responsive and web-based UI/UX patterns​

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.​

• Background in gaming UI/UX design or experience with VR/AR interfaces​

• Understanding of ISR drone control systems, swarming algorithms, and related technologies​

• Knowledge of aerospace or robotics UX challenges​

• Experience in designing for safety-critical environments.
