Founders Associate Intern

Our Mission
At Noah Labs, we are guided by the vision to empower heart failure patients to live longer, healthier lives by providing the most powerful remote patient monitoring and management globally. We are building a Machine Learning based Health Analytics platform that combines connected vocal biomarkers, smart algorithms and a web/mobile application for physicians and patients.

We are a dedicated team of 27 professionals, supported by international venture capital investors and leading institutional partners such as the Foundation of the German Heart Center. Our team comprises serial entrepreneurs, Harvard-trained machine learning scientists, medical doctors, and many more. This unique blend of talent and experience allows us to innovate at the forefront of medical technology and healthcare.

Make it your mission

We are looking for a Founder's Associate Intern to join Noah Labs at the end of the summer (flexible start dates). In this role, you will work directly with the Founder's Associate to execute high-impact initiatives across the company. This is not a typical support role: you will own real projects across operations, fundraising, HR, marketing, and team culture, while gaining a front-row view of how an early-stage HealthTech startup is built and scaled.

You will work closely with operations, finance, and leadership, and act as a key point of coordination across the team.

Tasks

Strategy & Operations

• Work directly with the Founder's Associate on day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and decks for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic and commercial decisions.
• Support the development and implementation of scalable internal processes.

Fundraising & Finance

• Support fundraising efforts by helping build and refine pitch decks, investor newsletters, and data room materials.
• Help maintain the investor pipeline and tracker, and coordinate scheduling with VCs and investors.
• Support finance and operational tasks such as budget tracking and basic modeling for investor and board updates.

HR & Office Management

• Support hiring and onboarding proccesses that help shape our company culture.
• Keep the office running day-to-day, including ordering team drinks and snacks.
• Plan internal team events, roundtables, and other culture initiatives.

Marketing

• Support marketing execution by maintining the LinkedIn page and website.
• Coordinate conference materials, including flyers, print, giveaways, and on-site logistics.

Requirements

Requirements

• Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's at a strong university, ideally in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: Prior full-time internship or work experience in investment banking, private equity, top-tier consulting, or a high growth startup.
• PowerPoint & Excel Skills: Strong slide-building and Excel skills to synthesize and present information to investors and external stakeholders.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication in English, fluency in German is a bonus.
• Mindset: Highly motivated, proactive, and resilient, with strong time management skills and a genuine interest in startups and healthcare.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and a structured, creative approach to complex problems.
• Collaboration: Team-oriented, with the ability to work effectively across functions and departments.
