Responsibilities

• Assist customers in Nordic languages and English with inquiries related to our iGaming products and services.
• Provide detailed information about games, promotions, and account management.
• Troubleshoot customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a smooth gaming experience.
• Engage with customers through various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and improve customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to aid the continuous improvement of our offerings.
• Stay informed on the latest iGaming trends and updates to provide knowledgeable support.

Requirements

• Fluency in a Nordic language (such as Swedish , Norwegian , Finnish , or Danish ) and English is essential.
• Experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within the iGaming or entertainment industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for the gaming industry.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and immerse yourself in a new cultural experience.
