Supported byour Business Development, Technical Consulting, and Key Account Management teams, you will drive sales and deliver IT solutions that empower our partners. - Manage, develop, and grow partner relationships within your own territory or account base through proactive outreach and regular needs analysis via phone and email.
- Drive sales and ensure the seamless delivery of IT products and solutions to partners and resellers within a defined vendor portfolio.
- Collaborate regularly with vendor account management teams to ensure optimal support for partners in project-based business.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, including complex proposals when required.
- Work closely with internal departments such as Key Account Management, Business Development, Finance, and Procurement to provide partners with professional and effective support.
- Conduct pricing negotiations for projects in coordination with Key Account Management.
- Maintain project information in the CRM system and ensure customer data is accurate and up to date.
- Completed commercial/business education or a comparable qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, ideally within the IT sector or a related industry.
- Proven track record in sales and customer relationship development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a passion for sales.
- Strong interest in and understanding of IT products and solutions.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a strong team player.
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools, such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics, is an advantage.
- Fluent German and professional English language skills.
