Sales Development Representative

So we built the tools to fix both sides at once. Next year, 10,000 creators will make a living from WePush. When a creator earns, a brand grows. When a brand grows, more creators earn. Two numbers matter to us: how many people make a living through WePush, and how many millions of people brands reach through them.
Tasks
What you'll do
- The bulk of your time: Run high-volume outbound calls
- Leverage Email & and LinkedIn to open new opportunities
- Qualify inbound leads from events, campaigns, and organic interest, and book them into demos
- Run demo calls with small-cap customers and close your own deals
- Keep opportunities warm with consistent, well-timed follow-ups so nothing goes cold
- Represent WePush at trade shows and industry events to source new leads
- Keep existing customers engaged with regular touchpoints and reporting
Requirements
What you bring
- 1 to 3 years in SDR, inside sales, or B2B outbound, ideally in SaaS, agency, or the creator and marketing space
- Fluent German and English, since our outreach and demo calls run in German
- A natural on the phone: you like calling and you're quick to build rapport
- Serious resilience and stamina: high call volumes and a fast pace energize you instead of wearing you down
- Comfortable with a modern sales stack like Attio or similar CRMs, and happy to learn the tools we use
- High output and full ownership: you treat your pipeline like your own P&L and you don't wait to be told what to do

Why you might not want this
This role isn't for everyone, and that's on purpose. It's a lot of calls and a lot of rejection, and some weeks the pipeline fights back. If that drains you, you'll be miserable here. We're still early-stage, not a polished scale-up, so processes are half-built, things change weekly, and you'll often figure it out yourself instead of following a playbook. We hire for high agency: nobody hands you a task list every morning, and if you need full management to stay on track, this isn't your seat. But if you read all that and got more interested, not less, we should talk.
