This opportunity relates to assisting the UK/Europe Piercing Operations Director to ensure we are doing all we can to promote and maximise all opportunities in the piercing part of Lovisa value to customers.

We are open to consider all locations - there will be a lot of travel in this role.

The role:

• Actively support the Piercing Operations Director EMEA in delivering measurables and piercing vision across your markets

• Sales focused and target driven to achieve weekly KPIs. Priority purpose will be to sell in store, and therefore actively contributing to sales mix and contribution

• Be a brand ambassador for Lovisa piercing

• Support with Lovisa branded events. Therefore must be passionate for the product, piercing and the brand.

• Train and develop the teams and ignite passion for the pierce

• Support in training rollouts and sign-offs for new store openings

• 100% compliance across your designated market on learning and development modules

• Flexible approach to working across the country in multiple sites. This role will require a lot of travelling for 4-5 days of your working week.

  Who you are:

• Passion for Piercing

• Experience in driving Sales and other retail KPIs

• Strong communication skills at all levels

• High attention to detail

• Interest in beauty , piercing or jewellery industry

• You will not focus on what cannot be done, you will have positive focus on what can be done

• Urgency. It’s retail, after all. Everything is needed now

• Be engaging, positive and absorb training with enthusiasm. Have your own energy. We will help direct you, but not push you.
