Marketing & Social Media Coordinator (m/f/d)

As a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator , you will be part of the Tiens Europe Marketing Team , working closely under the Regional Marketing Manager . Your primary focus will be to create, manage, and execute social media and digital marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and sales across European markets.

You will also collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors, support marketing projects and events, and contribute to product launch preparations and regional communications.

Tasks

Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Create and execute social media strategies and campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Produce content packages (reels, visuals, captions) with clear CTAs.
• Manage pages and track performance metrics.

Livestream & Community Engagement

• Host weekly livestreams with interactive content (Q&A, polls, interviews).
• Plan, schedule, and promote livestreams to boost engagement and loyalty.

Influencer & Ambassador Collaboration

• Identify and collaborate with European influencers and brand ambassadors.
• Co-create content and coordinate campaign timelines.

Marketing & Event Support

• Assist in organising events, preparing materials, and creating marketing content.
• Contribute to newsletters and communications.

Corporate & Product Projects

• Support market research, product launches, and internal marketing initiatives.
• Ensure consistent branding across markets.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing, influencer relations, or digital content creation.
• Proven experience creating engaging social media content (especially Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook).
• Strong understanding of online engagement trends and social commerce strategies.
• Experience with livestream content planning and execution is a plus.
• Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) is an advantage.
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken); other European languages are a plus.
• Creative, proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
