Located right in the heart of Berlin, between Ku’Damm and the Brandenburg Gate, the hotel offers 505 guest rooms and suites, as well as meeting and conference rooms that can accommodate up to 2,500 people, providing ample space for a wide variety of events. It also features two restaurants and a bar for culinary experiences, as well as an exclusive spa and wellness area.

• You actively contribute creative ideas and consistently create a wonderful culinary experience for our guests
• You are an essential part of the kitchen team and cook with passion
• A well-organized mise en place is the be-all and end-all for you
• You enjoy expanding your knowledge and learning new techniques
• You help define the character of our unique restaurant area—and, by extension, our hotel
• You’ll take on every role in the kitchen, such as saucier, garde-manger, etc.
• You consistently adhere to HACCP hygiene regulations
• Monitoring, adhering to, and documenting internal hygiene standards are second nature to you
• Monthly inventory counts are also part of your responsibilities
• In your role, you play a key part in ensuring guest satisfaction
• Alternatively, we’re looking for support in our banquet team, the pastry shop, or our all-day dining kitchen, where you’ll create delicious (à la carte) dishes

SHOW US YOUR TALENTS!

• Completed culinary training and/or a degree in Culinary Management
• Initial professional experience in fine dining is a great plus
• Confident demeanor, ability to work in a team, and strong organizational skills
• Warm, authentic, and outgoing personality
• Engaging communication and presentation skills
• Enthusiasm for sharing your knowledge with your team and trainees
• A hands-on approach with an eye for detail
• (Very) good German and good English skills
