Du bist Teil des Data Center Operations (DCO)-Teams, das fr den Betrieb und die Wartung der IT-Infrastruktur und der Hardware der Rechenzentren in AWS Cloud-Regionen zustndig ist. Du wirst der primre Ansprechpartner deines Supportteams sein und Kenntnisse im Bereich der Fehlerbehebung in unterschiedlichen Hard- und Softwaregebieten erlangen. Auerdem wirst du in der Lage sein, fr die meisten Infrastrukturprobleme eine Fehlerdiagnose vorzunehmen und sie zu lsen. Bei Bedarf werden komplexere Probleme an die entsprechenden Lsungsgruppen weitergeleitet. Ebenfalls in deinen Zustndigkeitsbereich fllt die Sicherstellung der Verfgbarkeit.

You will be part of the Data Center Operations (DCO) team, overseeing the operation and maintenance of the IT infrastructure and hardware for data centers in AWS Cloud regions. You will become the primary resolver for your support team, and gain troubleshooting skills on different hardware and software cases. RECHENZENTRUMSBETRIEB (DCO)

o Diagnose und anschlieende physische Reparatur bei Hardware- und Netzwerkproblemen
o Fehleranalyse fr Ereignisse im Rahmen von internen Service Level Agreements (SLA)
o Durchfhren von Ursachenanalysen bei Ausfllen von Gerten
o Schichtarbeit (morgens, spt und nachts) wie auch an Wochenenden, um den Betrieb des Rechenzentrums rund um die Uhr zu gewhrleisten
o Handhabung schwerer Gerte (Gewichtsgrenzen in bereinstimmung mit den geltenden Vorschriften)
o Arbeit im Wechselschichtdienst (morgens/spt/nachts) sowie an Wochenenden, um die 24/7-Rechenzentrumsumgebung aufrechtzuerhalten.
o Bereitschaftsdienst im Wechsel fr Notrufe auerhalb der Dienstzeiten

DATA CENTER OPERATIONS (DCO)
This position involves:
o Diagnosing hardware and network problems followed by physical repairs
o Troubleshooting events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
o Performing root cause analysis of equipment failures
Manual handling and lifting of equipment may be required (weight limits in accordance with regulations)
Working rotating shifts (morning/late/night) as well as weekends to maintain the 24/7 data center environment
On-call rotation reaction to off-duty emergency calls

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.
- Experience in networking.
- This role requires you to be a national of an EU member state.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure
