Internship - Customer Service Turkish Speaker (m/f/d)

Our Germany branch (Tianshi GmbH), located in Berlin, is currently seeking Interns in Cutstomer Service.

Tasks

Internship Overview:

As a Customer Service Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to various aspects of our customer service operations. This hands-on experience is designed to develop your communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and understanding of customer service excellence in a real-world setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide information about products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
• Assist with additional customer service projects as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to Tianshi's networks across Europe via online and offline channelsOrganize, prepare and actively participate in events, meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of German, English and Turkish
• strong communication skills
• excellent online/offline marketing skills
• Active, motivated team player; able to work independently
• PC skills with the MS Office package
• Good Excel skills
