Senior Strategist (all genders)

Your role

• Analyse and evaluate trends, developments, and data to derive the most valuable
• insights for our clients
• Ensure the best possible implementation and optimisation of your strategies in close
• collaboration with other departments
• Own and develop brand and communication strategies for both existing and new
• business clients
• Define insights based on qualitative and quantitative audience analysis
• Evaluate and challenge client briefs, and define project scope
• Create creative briefs
• Take the strategic lead on pitches and new business projects
• Develop case studies and submit award entries
• Act as a mentor and sparring partner to junior and mid-level strategists

Your profile

• Master’s degree in a relevant field pertaining to social and/or economic studies
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an agency or consultancy with a focus on brand
• and communication strategy
• Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical thinking and structured, methodical approach
• Excellent ability to present complex topics clearly and persuasively
• Familiarity with common tools and techniques for synthesising information
• Proven track record in developing strategic, creative, integrated campaigns
• Ability to create and deliver engaging, high-quality presentations
