Product Manager, Fintech - Global Anti Fraud

Job Description

 

We are on the lookout for a Product Manager to join the Global Anti Fraud Product team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. 

Be part of building the financial protection backbone of Delivery Hero. You’ll develop & manage products that balance fraud resilience, experience and marketplace economics. Your work will support our path to profitability by contributing to margins, enabling seamless transactions and interactions across our markets.

• Proactively find areas for improvement backed up by data, are innovative in seeking the best solution and execute in a timely and considered manner.

• Anchor the product offering on global benchmarks localised to market needs.

• Support the roll-out of new products and features aimed at improving our user's experience, business performance and operational efficiency.

• Leverage data, Machine Learning and AI to deliver differentiated offerings achieving strategic outcomes. 

• Conduct in-depth analysis to provide product and tech teams with insights to aid prioritization, strategy formulation and partner to shape the roadmap.

• Support relevant KPIs, product performance and operational efficiencies globally.

• Support our stakeholders globally across varied teams and job functions.

 

 

 

Qualifications

 

• 3-5 years of product management experience in the consumer internet industry in Fintech, Logistics, Global SaaS, Product role in Anti Fraud is a plus.

• Strong understanding of B2B and/or B2C products with hands-on experience with APIs.

• Applied knowledge of ML and distributed systems.

• You are highly passionate about data, with creative problem-solving abilities and an eye for detail.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
