Role Description

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of our core technology. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and is excited by the intersection of systems engineering and cutting-edge AI technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Development: Develop, maintain, and enhance our platform product, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Process & Automation Optimization: Design, define, and continuously optimize process workflows and automation flows to improve internal operations and engineering efficiency.
• AI Prompt Engineering: Conduct in-depth analysis and optimization of prompts for large language models (LLMs) to improve accuracy, relevance, and performance in real-world applications.

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years experience, preferably in a startup environment.
• Proficiency in TypeScript or a strong background in JavaScript/Node.js.
• Solid knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Solid understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience working with large language models (LLMs).
• Familiarity with prompt engineering or willingness to learn.
• A mindset for continuous improvement and technical ownership.
• Experience working with event-driven architecture.
• Data analytics / BI experience.
• Experience with marketing setup, BI, CRM, and/or web scraping.
