We’re now looking for Technical Co-Founders to join our current and upcoming ventures – partnering with us to build, launch, and scale new fintech products from day zero.

The Opportunity

This is your chance to shape and launch impactful fintech products for the European market – backed by 0TO9’s experienced venture-building team.

You’ll join as the technical co-founder of one of our ventures – owning the product and technology foundation while working closely with your co-founder(s) and our studio team. You will, amongst other things, be responsible for:

• Owning the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for your venture

• Building the first versions of the product (from MVP to scalable product)

• Making key build vs. buy decisions on stack, tooling, and infrastructure

• Working closely with design, product, and growth to ship fast and learn even faster

• Hiring and leading the future engineering team as the company scales

Who You Are

Perhaps you’re currently a senior/lead engineer, founding engineer, CTO, or an ex-founder who’s been the technical backbone of a product. Titles matter less than your ability to build, ship, and own the technical side of a company. Most importantly:

• You are a builder at heart – hands-on, curious, and resilient

• You’re comfortable going from zero to one: scoping, prototyping, and iterating quickly

• You have solid experience with modern cloud infrastructure and product development

• You care about balancing speed and quality – knowing when to hack and when to harden

• You enjoy working closely with business and product counterparts, not in a silo

• You’re a clear communicator who can explain complex technical topics simply
