About the role

When you join Adtraction, you will become part of a team that combines creativity, collaboration, ambition and commercial drive. Every role plays a part in building strong, lasting relationships, with our clients, partners, and each other.

As Country Manager Germany, you lead our local operation from our Berlin office and are the face of Adtraction in your market. A big part of the job is finding new sales and managing accounts: you’ll actively prospect, win new brands and partners, and nurture the relationships that grow our portfolio across the e-commerce and finance verticals. You own the P&L, build a team that delivers sustainable, long-term results, and shape both the numbers and the culture. Your work directly contributes to Adtraction’s international growth.

The German team

What you’ll do

• Find new sales: actively prospect, win new brands and partners, and shape a sales pitch tailored to the German market

• Manage accounts and build strong, lasting relationships with brands, partners, and key players across your market

• Lead the German subsidiary: own the P&L, deliver gross profit targets, and manage forecasting and financial reporting

• Grow the brand and partner portfolio across the e-commerce and finance verticals, prioritising well-known brands with strong growth potential

• Build, lead, and develop your team, fostering a positive culture in line with Adtraction’s behaviours and helping people grow into independent, high-performing colleagues

• Set and track goals using the OKR framework, and keep the sales pipeline and team activities on course through Salesforce and reporting tools

What you bring

• 5–10 years of professional experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within affiliate/partner marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce

• A track record of leading and developing teams, with the ability to lead by example and motivate others

• Commercial acumen: comfortable owning a P&L, working with forecasts, and making data-driven decisions

• A strong network or the drive to build one across brands and partners in the German market

• Fluent German and professional English

• Your profile might be extra interesting if you have experience scaling a market or launching new verticals
