Your mission

Bikeleasing-Service is on a steep path to success as a provider of company bikes and is currently in an exciting phase of growth and transformation. In this dynamic environment, you will take on a key role as Team Lead (gn) Accounts Payable/Receivable , contributing to the development of our accounting processes and leading a dedicated team.

• You organize and oversee all tasks related to accounts payable and accounts receivable
• You lead your team both professionally and disciplinarily, and continuously support its development
• You actively support the system migration from DATEV to SAP S/4HANA and drive the automation of processes forward
• You identify opportunities for process optimization and implement measures for continuous improvement
• You collaborate closely with adjacent departments to ensure smooth communication and cooperation

Your profile

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a degree in business administration
• You bring several years of professional experience with leadership responsibility in the field of accounting
• Your strong analytical and conceptual skills, along with a high affinity for numbers, set you apart
• You work proactively, reliably, and in a structured manner – even in dynamic situations, you maintain a clear overview
• Your excellent communication skills and confident use of SAP or DATEV, as well as common MS Office applications, round off your profile
• You are willing to be on-site at our headquarters in Uslar twice a month
