Country Marketing Specialist (DE / NL) - Germany, Remote

We are currently seeking a Senior Country Marketing Specialist to join our European Markets team, supporting the DE and NL markets.

Please note: this is a 6-month temporary position.

What You Will Do

Over the past several years, we have significantly evolved our approach to better meet — and exceed — the needs of our customers. In this role, you will support the Central Markets team in defining and executing market strategies that drive continued growth and opportunity, while collaborating closely with a broad range of global and regional marketing teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing a deep understanding of customer behavior, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics to help localize global marketing initiatives

• Supporting the development of short- and mid-term local market strategies

• Coordinating the end-to-end execution of the local promotional activities in partnership with cross-functional teams

• Regularly reporting on key business and marketing performance metrics to help drive country-level results

• Supporting PR and social media strategies

• Building and maintaining strong cross-functional relationships across marketing channels, pricing, site experience, brand, creative, customer service, and more

Your Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing or strategy, with preference for candidates who have experience in e-commerce

• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to identify insights and opportunities from a variety of data and information sources

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines

• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, while also being able to work independently and take ownership of projects

• Fluency in English required; additional fluency or working knowledge of German and Dutch would be advantageous

Nice to Have

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or another relevant field preferred; experience from a top business or engineering school is a plus

• Experience working with Jira, Miro, Google Workspace tools, and AI technologies is a plus
