Social Media Manager DACH

As Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across our key social media platforms. You will stay ahead of trends, optimize performance, and help shape our brand presence through creative formats with a strong focus on TikTok, Instagram and videofirst platforms.

Tasks

How You'll Make an Impact: :

• Own and manage daily content planning, publishing and performance tracking across all relevant channels
• Identify and implement platform specific trends, formats, and best practices (with strong focus on TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts etc.)
• Actively appear in front of the camera for live videos, stories, and content formats – and represent the brand in an authentic, engaging way
• Host and moderate live formats or social activations (TikTok Lives, IG Lives, Q&As etc.)
• Develop and test new creative concepts in collaboration with the content and design team
• Collaborate with influencers, creators and internal teams to create and repurpose content
• Monitor performance metrics and derive actionable insights to improve engagement, reach and conversion
• Engage with the community and manage interactions across channels
• Maintain a consistent and on-brand visual and tonal presence across all platforms

Requirements

What You Bring :

• 1 year experience in social media or content marketing, ideally in a fast-paced consumer brand environment
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and their respective algorithms
• Comfortable and confident on camera with a natural presence in front of an audience
• Strong creative sense and understanding of storytelling, trends, and community culture
• Proactive, organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluency in English and native German skills are required; knowledge of French, Spanish, or Italian is considered a plus, depending on market focus.
