Operations Manager Housekeeping - Berlin

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead, supervise, and develop a multicultural housekeeping team

• Ensure rooms and shared spaces consistently meet cleanliness and quality standards

• Plan staff schedules and manage workforce requirements

• Track and improve KPIs such as quality, cost efficiency, and team performance

• Manage stock, linen, and supplier relationships

• Ensure safety, compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations

• Together with the second Operations Manager for Housekeeping, you are responsible for the Berlin hotels

WHO YOU ARE

You have proven experience in the hotel, serviced apartment, or hospitality industry and several years of experience in housekeeping. You can clearly demonstrate which decisions have led to your success in this field. You've already worked as a housekeeping manager—you know which cleaning products to use where.

• 5+ years of housekeeping experience

• Previous experience working as a Housekeeping Manager

• Strong leadership and coaching skills

• Confidence in working with KPIs and basic operational systems

• A practical, organized, and process-driven mindset

• Fluency in English and German or other languages are a plus

• Flexibility to work on busy days and weekends when needed

• You are currently working in Berlin or have worked in Berlin for more than 5 years

Salary is negotiable within the range listed above, depending on experience 3,500€-4,200€ gross per month.
