As the Working Student - Product Management you will be at the forefront of advancing AI-driven solutions on the HeyJobs Talent Platform. By supporting the optimization of search and recommendation functionalities, as well as improving data quality, you’ll help thousands of talents connect with the right jobs more effectively.
You’ll gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI tools and contribute to the continuous improvement of our platform. You’ll collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers on real-world challenges, ranging from enhancing search and recommendation systems to ensuring high-quality datasets . This is your chance to apply your analytical skills, grow in a cross-functional environment, and make a tangible impact on the future of job matching.
In this role, you can earn an hourly target salary 15 €.

🎯 How you can contribute to HeyJobs
- Perform data labeling, tagging, and quality checks to ensure reliable AI datasets. 
- Collaborate with the data science team to analyze datasets and extract insights. 
- Assist in improving AI-driven search and recommendation features. 
- Work with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to support experiments and tracking. 
- Participate in user interviews and integrate feedback into product improvements. 
🤝 What sets you up for success
- Currently enrolled in a university program (Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field). 
- Native-level German and business-fluent English. 
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with familiarity in Excel, SQL, or Python. 
- A high level of attention to detail to ensure data quality and accuracy. 
- A proactive, curious mindset with enthusiasm for AI and innovative solutions.
