We are seeking a detail-oriented Working Student to support our Finance department, joining our Revenue Operations team that drives revenue-related processes across campaigns, invoicing, reporting, and continuous process improvement. In this role, you will assist with operational revenue tasks, contribute to broader team workflows, and help maintain accurate and scalable financial processes.

• Ensure accurate setup and maintenance of campaigns, contracts, and revenue-related data in our systems.
• Create and manage purchase orders.
• Maintain regular communication with the Campaigns team and stay up to date in a dynamic environment.
• Support the invoicing process and ensure the accuracy and completeness of billing data.
• Assist with client inquiries related to billing and invoices.
• Support accounts receivable and monthly closing activities, including revenue recognition, payment allocation, billing records, revenue reports, and related tasks.
• Contribute to projects aimed at improving revenue operations processes and enhancing the contract management, billing, and reporting modules in our systems.
• Support revenue and finance reporting using our data-visualization tools.
• Assist the team with ad-hoc finance and revenue operations tasks as needed.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or a related field. Please note: this role requires enrollment at a university in Germany.
• Good command of spreadsheets and a strong interest in invoicing and finance processes.
• Some understanding of accounting and basic knowledge of revenue recognition is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail.
• Distinct service attitude towards clients and colleagues.
• Motivated personality with a strong work ethic.
• Structured and detail-oriented work style while still being pragmatic.
• Good communication skills.
• Fluent in English; German is a big plus.
