Senior Quality Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to elevate the reliability, performance, and overall quality of our platform. In this role, you will define, automate, and continuously evolve quality standards across our products. You will work closely with engineering, product, design, and operations teams to ensure our solutions meet the highest standards of stability, usability, and compliance.

You will play a key role in shaping the testing strategy, scaling automation across the stack, and contributing to monitoring and incident management practices that support a resilient production environment.

Tasks

• Define and evolve quality standards in close collaboration with engineering, product, and design teams
• Establish, track, and analyze quality metrics, proactively identifying risks and improvement opportunities
• Drive continuous improvement of testing processes through automation and modern QA best practices
• Provide guidance on bug tracking, test documentation, test coverage, and defect resolution workflows
• Contribute to test strategies that integrate with CI/CD pipelines and production monitoring
• Support compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards related to product quality and safety

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including Web and Mobile applications
• Proven experience delivering high-quality, consumer-facing products in complex environments
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, test case design, and defect management
• Hands-on experience with automated UI testing frameworks and tools
• Solid experience working with Git, Agile development practices, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions)
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Datadog) to support test coverage, incident analysis, and root cause investigations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with clear communication and a pragmatic, autonomous working style

Bonus:

• Experience with test automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
• Programming experience in one or more languages (e.g., Java, Kotlin, TypeScript, Python, Go)
• Contributions to QA best practices, internal tooling, or community initiatives
