Full-Stack Developer

We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our core team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and scaling our AI native platform. You'll leverage your expertise in Vue.js, Python Flask, MongoDB and ideally enterprise application integration to create a seamless and powerful user experience. Tasks

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development: Architect, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using Vue.js for the frontend and Python Flask for the backend.
• AI Integration and Development: Fine-tune and orchestrate LLMs, build vector databases, design RAG pipelines, and integrate these features into the user interface, creating a powerful and intuitive AI native user experience.
• Database Management: Work with MongoDB to design, optimize, and maintain data structures that support the platform's functionality.
• Editor Development (Preferred): If you have experience building rich text editors or similar complex UI components, you'll play a crucial role in developing core features of our platform.
• Enterprise Integration (Preferred): Leverage your experience integrating with enterprise systems to ensure our platform seamlessly connects with existing infrastructure.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Vue.js and its ecosystem.
• Solid experience with Python (Flask).
• Experience with database design and management for MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Experience in building and deploying scalable web applications.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience building rich text editors or complex UI components.
• Experience integrating with enterprise applications and systems.
• Experience with DevOps practices and cloud platforms (GCP).
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG components.
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Previous experience in a startup environment and/or entrepreneurship
