The Project Manager is a results-driven and innovative leader within DataForce, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of AI and LLM-driven translation transformation programs. This role ensures that all agreed objectives are met by effectively managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while coordinating cross-functional efforts to drive successful program delivery.
The Project Manager has accountability for fostering a professional client relationship, managing and coordinating external vendors, and leading and collaborating with cross-functional project teams and partners.
DESCRIPTION
The Project Manager is ultimately responsible for the quality of work, profitability, and performance of their AI/LLM translation transformation program.
Oversee all aspects of the management of the transformation program lifecycle, from initiation through implementation and optimization, to ensure success against defined KPIs and strategic objectives.
Develop and maintain program roadmaps, project plans, workflows, guidelines, and resource materials.
Provide effective analysis and reporting of program-level performance, including progress against transformation objectives.
Track, monitor, and control program financials, timelines, quality, and milestone delivery across multiple workstreams.
Organize and deliver program-level reviews and retrospectives.
Provide effective risk management through identification, escalation, mitigation, and resolution of risks specific to AI/LLM implementation and transformation efforts.
Execute program initiatives autonomously, while successfully coordinating with cross-functional and technical teams (e.g., AI, data, localization) to secure required resources and support .
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and both internal and external stakeholders across the transformation program.
Proactively identify opportunities, provide recommendations, and drive improvements to maximize operational efficiency and enable scalable AI/LLM-driven translation solutions.
Contribute to the development of organizational knowledge in AI/LLM translation, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
Agile Certification
3+ years’ project management and LLM implementation experience in the localization space
REQUIRED SKILLS
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills, very solid presentation skills
Effective use of platforms/systems to plan, organize, and prioritize to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Established expertise in project management skills and methodologies
Outstanding teamwork and collaboration skills
Demonstrated exceptional analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Established competency in the use of business applications and collaboration tools, including but not limited to the Microsoft suite of applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) and Google Workspace suite of products
