Deine Aufgaben

• Build and lead a high-performance engineering team that executes fast,and strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Own and evolve product and solution architecture with relentless focus on delivery speed, product quality, and a modern, scalable tech stack.
• Drive the integration of AI across our platform — from intelligent features to automated workflows — to unlock new value and accelerate product innovation.
• Shape product decisions end-to-end and drive meaningful impact with room to experiment, iterate, and innovate.
• Define best-in-class engineering practices and translate the company’s tech vision into AI-enabled, execution-ready strategies.
• Champion a data-driven culture by unlocking data access, making insights actionable, and empowering decision-making across the organisation.
• Stay hands-on: contribute to design, coding, and review cycles for existing and upcoming features.
• Continuously raise the bar on engineering performance — optimising workflows, sharpening processes, and coaching teams toward excellence.
• Own tooling, metrics, and platforms to ensure world-class content quality, system reliability, and operational excellence.

Dein Profil

• 3+ years of experience leading high-performing engineering teams and delivering major projects.
• 5+ years experience in software development and distributed systems.
• Experience building, scaling, and operating data-intensive, scalable systems.
• Strong Golang skills; solid TypeScript; Next.js.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and code as infrastructure.
• Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases and RDS enviornment (e.g., PostgreSQL, DynamoDB).
• Hands-on experience with AWS (IAM, EKS, VPC, EC2, SQS) and infrastructure setup/troubleshooting.
• Experience with service-to-service communication and event-driven architectures with EventBridge. Knowladge in gRPC is a plus.
• High level of ownership and ability to drive the technical roadmap.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills.
• Commercial acumen, ability to go deep when needed while retaining breadth.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with Product and Business partners.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
