We’re looking for a Product Operations Manager (m/f/d) who enjoys making things work behind the scenes: coordinating people and processes, ensuring smooth releases, running experiments properly and helping product teams move faster without losing quality.

This role is hands-on and execution-focused . It’s a great entry point into Product for someone with a strong operational, analytical or project-management mindset who wants to grow closer to product decision-making over time.

Your Mission

By owning operational workflows, QA, experimentation setup and product enablement, you help Product Managers and Developers focus on strategy, discovery and outcomes, while ensuring reliable delivery and high standards.

Product Execution, Delivery & Quality

• Work closely with developers to prepare releases, support ticket preparation, document decisions and coordinate dependencies
• Own and Support QA processes and bug testing before releases and track issues through to resolution with Engineering
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Engineering and Customer Support
• Update and maintain the checkout page based on marketing needs (using Contentful)
• Act as an operational point of contact for checkout-related topics, coordinating internal requests with Product Managers and Developers

Experimentation & Early Validation

• Support early idea validation by setting up user challenges, in-app tests and A/B tests (e.g. via Contentful and Braze), including rollout and QA
• Follow up on experiment and feature results in collaboration with Product Managers and Analytics, using existing dashboards
• Document experiments and learnings in a structured way to build a shared, reusable knowledge base (incl. AI-supported tools)

Product Enablement, Communication & AI

• Draft copy for features, experiments, challenges and in-app messages in English and coordinate translations (DE, ES, IT)
• Support release notes and internal product communication
• Contribute to building and maintaining shared, AI-enabled resources (e.g. experiment knowledge base, research hub, analytics assistants) to improve team efficiency

Your Story

• Strong organizational and project-management skills with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset
• High attention to detail and quality standards
• Good communication-skills and Comfortable working closely with developers and cross-functional stakeholders
• Analytical curiosity and willingness to learn product, data, and experimentation tools
• Fluent English (written & spoken)

Nice to Have

• Experience with Contentful, experimentation tools or analytics dashboards
• Professional proficiency in German
• Experience in a fast-paced, product-led or digital environment
