This role brings together all moving parts required to make electric truck operations work in reality. It connects charging infrastructure, carriers, truck OEMs, charging cards, operations planning and customer coordination into one functioning system.

The objective is not administrative project management. The objective is execution: making electric truck operations actually run smoothly at scale.

What You Will Do

• Orchestrate end-to-end EV truck launches across carriers, customers and internal teams
• Coordinate truck deliveries with operational readiness
• Align charging strategy (public, depot, roaming, charging cards) with real route execution
• Work closely with carrier managers and operations teams to ensure EV loads run successfully
• Identify and resolve practical execution gaps (charging access, planning constraints, driver issues, customer alignment)
• Drive follow-ups across multiple stakeholders until solutions are implemented
• Translate operational realities into structured improvements

What We Are Looking For

• Extremely motivated and execution-focused
• Strong at connecting complex pieces into a functioning system
• Comfortable speaking with carriers, customers, OEMs and internal teams
• Highly organized and strong on defining next steps
• Persistent and proactive - closes loops rather than escalating problems
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving ability
• No logistics experience required (but must be comfortable in operational environments)
• No sustainability experience required
• German is a plus, not required
