About You
We are looking for a Berlin-based driven, energetic, and coachable Account Executive, seeking an opportunity that can lead to professional growth in sales. You’ll be a highly motivated self-starter, capable of being proactive and creative to achieve goals. Strong ability to establish and drive sales activities for our SaaS-based offerings within the DACH area.
Requirements are often considered a measure of how equipped you are to do the job, but sometimes, they aren’t the only factor. If you don’t have nearly enough experience, or not all the skills, we’d still like to hear from you. This could be the perfect fit for you and us.
Requirements
- 3+ years of closing experience as an AE in a SaaS Mid-Market environment
- Proficient in German (C1+) and fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Experience closing deals valued at $50,000+ within organizations of 300+ employees
- Proven track record of success in hitting revenue targets
- Ability to outbound prospect and generate a minimum of 50% of your pipeline
- Strong understanding and the ability to use formal sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, Challenger, etc.)
- A problem solver who can identify challenges, propose creative solutions, and overcome objections
Responsibilities
- Prospect, initiate, and nurture business relationships to generate new business opportunities
- Prepare and present product demonstrations
- Perform outbound activities to build revenue pipeline
- Manage the whole sales cycle, from prospecting through closing
- Target key decision-makers, determine buying readiness and timelines
- Capture and manage information/data/metrics in our Salesforce CRM system
- Attend trade shows, events, and conferences
- Network with market influencers, consultants, and partners
