Our first Hoxton in Germany is home to 234 bedrooms of varying sizes, a ground floor restaurant, coffee bar and streetside terrace and The Apartment – our unique meetings and events concept. Reporting to our Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible to supervise the assigned station of the kitchen, in order to prepare a high-quality product and to ensure highly efficient and effective service. Completed apprenticeship as a Chef or similar qualifications are idealPrevious experience working as part of a kitchen team in a similar sized F&B areaPassion for fresh ingredients and strong flavorsIndividuals.
