Junior Photographer (all genders)

The role

As a Junior Photographer in the HelloFresh Studio, you are part of our Photography team, supporting the creation of food, product, lifestyle, and marketing imagery. You are passionate about photography, eager to develop your technical and creative skills, and excited to grow within a fast-paced commercial production environment.

Working closely with experienced photographers, Producers, Styling, Culinary, Post-Production, and Creative teams, you contribute to high-quality visual content while continuously learning, embracing new technologies, and developing your expertise in both traditional and AI-supported photography workflows.

What you’ll do

• Capture high-quality food, product, lifestyle, and marketing photography while following Studio standards and creative direction.
• Support day-to-day studio productions by preparing equipment, sets, and photography assets.
• Collaborate closely with Photography, Styling, Culinary, Producers, Creative, and Post-Production teams to deliver consistent, high-quality visual content.
• Ensure photography assets are captured, organized, and delivered according to Studio workflows and quality standards.
• Learn and adopt Studio photography standards, best practices, and AI-assisted production workflows.
• Continuously develop your technical, creative, and production skills while contributing to an efficient and collaborative Studio environment.

What you’ll bring

• You have 1+ years of professional experience in photography or equivalent hands-on experience gained through internships, apprenticeships, or commercial productions.
• You demonstrate strong photography fundamentals and a creative eye. Providing a portfolio is mandatory.
• You have a good understanding of lighting, composition, camera systems, and commercial photography.
• You are eager to learn, embrace feedback, and continuously develop your craft.
• You are interested in generative AI and emerging photography technologies and are excited to learn modern production workflows.
• You are a collaborative team player with a positive, proactive, and can-do mindset.
• You have good organizational skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to your work.
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
