Working Student Creative (all genders)

We are looking for a motivated and culturally plugged-in working student to join our HS+ creative team in Berlin. In this role, you will support the development of content campaigns and event activations that help brands tell meaningful stories. Alongside a passion for storytelling, you should bring curiosity, creativity, and a strong connection to contemporary culture - especially within Berlin’s dynamic creative landscape.

YOUR MISSION:

• Support the creative team in developing concepts across social media, video, and event activations

• Assist in turning ideas into strong, visually compelling client presentations and decks

• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and help shape culturally relevant and innovative responses to client briefs

• Support the creative and production team in bringing creative concepts to life with high attention to detail

• Research trends, subcultures, and insights - particularly within Berlin and broader European youth culture -to inform creative work

YOUR PROFILE & SKILLS:

• Currently enrolled in a university program in Germany (e.g. design, marketing, communication, media, or cultural studies)

• Available to work up to 20 hours per week (Werkstudent framework)

• Ideally some first experience through internships, freelance work, or personal creative projects

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Keynote (or similar tools)

• Strong interest in conceptual thinking and storytelling; basic copywriting skills are a plus

• Good understanding of the digital media landscape and how content is created and distributed

• Structured, reliable, and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

• Fluent in English; German is a plus but not required

• A strong understanding of what Highsnobiety represents

• Deep interest in fashion, music, design, and youth culture - especially within Berlin’s creative scene

• Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn and contribute ideas

• A hands-on, can-do attitude and openness to new challenges
