Senior Visual Designer (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Visual Designer to join our team! If you love crafting engaging visual content for social media but also enjoy dipping into UI design for digital products, this role offers the best of both worlds.

You’ll collaborate across teams to design everything from scroll-stopping social posts to clean, user-friendly product interfaces—always keeping things cohesive, polished, and on-brand.

What you'll be doing

• You design visual assets for our marketing channels; including social media posts, covers for Reels, TikToks, and YouTube thumbnails, as well as visuals for webinars and campaigns
• You collaborate closely with the marketing team to create content that’s eye-catching, on-brand, and scroll-stopping
• You support the product team with UI design, helping craft clean, intuitive interfaces for our platform
• You design within our established visual style, ensuring consistency and polish across all channels
• You stay organized, open to feedback, and flexible, even when priorities shift in our fast-paced startup environment
• You iterate quickly based on input or data, prepare assets in the right formats, and keep your files tidy and well-named so everyone can work efficiently

What we’re looking for

• You bring 2-4 years of experience in graphic or product design—or a portfolio that clearly shows what you’re capable of
• You’re confident using Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite to bring ideas to life
• You have a strong eye for layout, color, and typography, and you care about the details that make a design feel consistent and polished
• You understand the basics of UI/UX design and are eager to grow your skills on the product side
• You’re collaborative, open to feedback, and know how to turn input into great design work

Bonus points if you...

• Have experience working in SaaS or with B2B content
• Know a bit of motion or video editing (e.g., After Effects or Premiere)
• Enjoy wearing multiple hats and working in a team that moves quickly
