What You’ll Do

• Support Product Strategy: Work closely within a dedicated R&D squad to support the product roadmap, ensuring we’re delivering on our key business goals focused on monetization, engagement, and retention.
• Contribute to Opportunities: Assist in identifying key product opportunities and actively contribute to their execution from ideation through delivery and improvement.
• Learn Product Lifecycle: Gain hands-on experience managing the product lifecycle, from initial discovery and problem definition to successful implementation within your squad.
• Data-Informed Decisions: Develop a strong understanding of our users and business, learning to use tools like Amplitude, Hex, and Looker to support data-informed product decisions and track performance.
• Grow & Take Ownership: Gradually take on increasing ownership and responsibilities over time, benefiting from direct guidance and mentorship from a Senior PM and cross-functional learning across different aspects of the business and product.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong Communication & Collaboration: You’re a natural team player, able to work effectively and build strong relationships with engineers, designers (using tools like Notion, Figma, Jira/Confluence), analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Curiosity & Eagerness to Learn: You have an insatiable curiosity about products and businesses, are highly motivated to grow as a product manager, and are genuinely open to feedback and mentorship.
• Analytical Thinking & Structured Mindset: You’re comfortable with numbers, approach problems methodically, and are eager to learn how to use data to guide product decisions and improve how we work.
• Bias Towards Action: You take initiative and follow through on tasks with attention to detail, consistently looking for opportunities to move projects forward.
• Passion for Mobile & Growth: You’re genuinely interested in mobile apps, games, advertising, and understanding the mechanics behind how the fastest-growing platforms achieve success.
