Brand & Visual Storytelling Manager

Intro

Carbmee is making a strategic shift towards stronger brand and positioning: and we need someone to lead it. This is a mid-level individual contributor role for someone who moves seamlessly from brand thinking to execution: shaping narratives, designing high-quality visuals, and driving PR outreach, all yourself.

The challenge is real: we operate in a complex, fast-moving space where procurement leads, sustainability directors, and CFOs all need to understand why carbon data matters to their bottom line, before they'll buy. Your job is to make that case compellingly, consistently, and at scale. We want crafted vision, not AI slop.

Your tasks

• Brand ownership: translate strategy into clear, consistent brand expression across all touchpoints, teams, and channels. You define how carbmee shows up to the world.

• Visual content production : create high-quality visuals across formats (presentations, social, web, campaigns, video) from concept to final execution, end-to-end.

• PR execution: work with founders and marketing leads to identify and pitch business media and industry press. Build narratives, secure coverage, and put carbmee on the map in the sustainability and enterprise tech space.

• Storytelling: turn complex topics (Scope 3 emissions, CSRD compliance, supply chain decarbonization) into clear, engaging narratives across visual and written formats that resonate with enterprise buyers.

• Campaign & brand moments : support product launches and initiatives with strong creative concepts and polished execution.

• AI-powered output : leverage AI tools for design, content, video, and workflows to move faster without sacrificing quality. You use AI as an enabler, never a replacement for craft.

Your profile

• 3-6 years in brand, design, or creative marketing: ideally in enterprise B2B tech.

• Strong design skills across visual formats: Figma, Adobe, Canva, video tools. You produce work you're proud of.

• Excellent writing and storytelling skills: you can make a carbon accounting platform feel urgent and compelling to a CFO.

• Experience or strong interest in PR and media outreach: you know how to build a story, find the right journalist, and land coverage.

• Actively using AI tools to improve speed and output: and knowing when not to.

• Experience in international environments: able to adapt messaging and visuals across EMEA, APAC, AMER, and Oceania.

• You move fast, take ownership, and don't wait for perfect input.
