About the Role

You work directly for Helen, our CEO. Your mission is simple: increase our CEO's commercial capacity.

Helen closes our largest enterprise deals herself. What she lacks is time: preparation, follow-through, coordination between meetings. That is your job. You sit inside live deals, you prepare the materials that win them, and you make sure nothing agreed in a meeting dies afterwards.

This is not a generalist "bit of everything" role. Around 70% of your time is commercial execution alongside Helen. The rest is a small number of defined special projects she delegates to you, each with an owner, a deadline and a definition of done.

It suits someone 2 to 4 years into their career who wants to learn enterprise sales and company building from the inside, at founder speed.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare strategic enterprise deal meetings: account research, stakeholder maps, decision materials, pricing scenarios.

• Own follow-through on live deals: next steps, internal coordination, CRM hygiene on Helen's opportunities.

• Draft board-ready and customer-ready documents in English and German.

• Run defined special projects end to end, for example a partnership pilot or a market analysis, and report back with a recommendation.

• Coordinate across Sales, Customer Success and the climate team so commercial commitments actually get executed.

⭐Must-Haves:

• 2 - 4 years of professional experience in a demanding environment , such as a startup, banking, consulting, or a fast commercial role.

• Experience supporting or driving commercial or revenue-relevant initiatives , directly or indirectly.

• Structured written communication. Your one-pagers get read.

• Comfort with ambiguity paired with an instinct to create structure, never wait for it.

• Fluent German and English (C1+) . Customer-facing work happens in German.

• You are Berlin-based or willing to relocate.

• Within 3 months, Helen's deal preparation runs through you and meetings start sharper.

• Deals Helen touches move faster because follow-through no longer depends on her calendar.

• You have shipped your first special project with a clear recommendation.

• After 12 to 18 months you have earned a path into a commercial or operational leadership role.

Where You'll Work

This is a hybrid role based in Berlin.

Our commercial team typically works from the Berlin office 2–4 days per week.

Compensation & Benefits

€55,000 – €75,000 gross annual salary per year, depending on experience.
