Europe pays more than twice as much for electricity as the US or Asia. To reach competitive price levels, Europe has to lean on solar and deliver the flexibility that makes this feasible. Nomos is building a full-stack power company to unlock that flexibility by connecting millions of homes to Europe’s energy markets.

What you’ll do

An internship at Nomos comes with a project you own. You will work across our commercial and operational teams and take responsibility for work that reaches our partners, customers, or future colleagues.

• Take partnerships from prospecting through sales and onboarding, working closely with GTM and Partner Success.

• Improve customer support and market communication, turning recurring issues into product improvements and automated processes.

• Find and engage exceptional engineering and commercial talent.

Exciting challenges

• Own something from start to finish. Recent interns built a custom hiring tool, took an OEM installer from outreach to onboarding, and worked with our CTO to improve the product each week. We will agree on a project that matches your strengths and a problem Nomos needs to solve.

• Go deep enough to make decisions. A partner conversation may lead into product design or the details of German market communication. Learn enough to form your own view, test it, and decide what to do next.

Who you are

• You’ve excelled at something. You can point to an achievement that took unusual discipline and sustained effort. We want to understand what you accomplished and the work it took to get there.

• You’ve demonstrated ownership. You’ve taken responsibility for a project, product, or initiative and seen it through. You can explain your decisions and show the result.

• German and English, both fluent. You can work with our partners and customers in either language.
