About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Staff Engineer to join a fast-growing international scale-up at the intersection of technology and sustainability .
This is a senior/strategic position where you will be responsible for solution design, software architecture, and providing technical leadership across teams.
What You’ll Do
- Work on the architecture and solution design of new products and platforms.
- Focus primarily on backend development, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Contribute to frontend projects (React/Next.js) to support end-to-end product delivery.
- Collaborate closely with DevOps/Infrastructure teams to drive automation, monitoring, and deployment.
- Act as a technical reference and strong communicator , aligning stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions.
- Support the growth of products in a company scaling rapidly across Europe.
Main requirements
- Strong backend engineering experience , with expertise in Node.js (NestJS preferred).
- Hands-on experience with React/Next.js for frontend development.
- Knowledge and exposure to DevOps/Infrastructure tools (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud, etc.).
- Proven ability in solution design and software architecture .
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills .
