What will convince us:

• You have experience in Sales, Revenue, and/or Marketing, as well as several years of professional experience in hospitality or tourism.
• You understand corporate policies and objectives and can derive strategies and actions from them and successfully implement them.

• Excellent experience and network with international travel agencies is a plus.

What will you do with us?

• You are responsible for repositioning Hilton Berlin, including two new restaurant outlets.
• You are responsible for the commercial alignment of Hilton Berlin and its top-line performance.
• You have overall responsibility for leading all commercial departments such as Sales, Marketing, Groups & Event Sales, Reservations, Revenue & PR.
• You will develop and implement business strategies in line with our corporate objectives.
• You will monitor the performance of all commercial activities using KPIs and prepare corresponding reports for management and owners.
• You are responsible for positively increasing RevPAR performance and continuously growing market share.
• You will work cross-functionally and be part of the Executive Team.
• You know how to inspire, train, and develop your team in an engaging way.
• Build strong partnerships and networks with local and international partners, Hilton Worldwide Sales & Revenue Team, and the Hilton Regional Support Team.
