Entrepreneur (f/m/x) in residence

Nuventura has developed a new generation of electrical switchgear that is highly innovative and environmentally sustainable, which it now industrializes for scaling globally. While the company continues to develop new products with its R&D department, it now ramps up its production capability to meet growing demand for its already developed products.

While Nuventura's business model builds on licensing its technology to manufacturers around the globe, the company also supplies core components of the technology to such manufacturers. Additionally, Nuventura also manufactures full products for its home markets.

​As Entrepreneur (f/m/x) in residence , you will act as an extension of the Managing Director and support on high-impact topics across the organization.

Tasks

• Supporting the Managing Director in strategic planning, prioritization, and execution of company-wide initiatives
• Preparing high-quality management presentations, board materials, and decision memos for internal and external stakeholders
• Driving follow-up and execution on key initiatives across sales, operations, finance, and engineering, ensuring momentum and results
• Coordinating cross-functional projects, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring clear ownership and accountabilityHelping improve internal processes, documentation, and the company’s operating cadence to support scalable growth

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of full-time professional experience in consulting, strategy, operations, finance, or a fast-growing startup, with a focus on hardware/product manufacturing companies
• Experience in financial modeling is a plus
• You analyze problems in a structured way, turn data into clear insights, and support sound decision-making
• You communicate clearly and confidently in English, both in writing and verbally; you can collaborate in German or are willing to learn
• You take ownership of topics end-to-end, work independently, and reliably drive initiatives forward
• You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, adapting quickly to changing priorities, and staying focused under uncertainty
• You create crisp, executive-ready presentations and work confidently with spreadsheets (PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel)
• You show strong curiosity for technology, business models, and organizational dynamics and enjoy learning how companies scale
