We're looking for a skilled Executive Assistant to provide seamless support to our senior leadership team. You'll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication.

Your Role, Your Impact

• Coordinate complex schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements to ensure efficiency and priorities for leadership.
• Manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Serve as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, timely follow-up, and smooth coordination.
• Prepare documentation, presentations, and reports to support informed decision-making.
• Support the execution of strategic initiatives by coordinating special tasks and contributing to change processes with regional impact.

You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility while ensuring leaders stay focused on critical priorities as an Executive Assistant.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior management.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and German. French would be of benefit.
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Proficiency with digital tools including MS Office Suite and virtual collaboration platforms.
