Your role as Senior Product Owner

We are looking for you to join our simpleshow platform as a Senior Product Owner simpleshow platform as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and implement product strategy: You translate customer requirements and strategic goals into actionable concepts and drive them forward together with UI/UX and development teams from idea to implementation.

• Stakeholder communication: You are the central point of contact for stakeholders and team members, keeping everyone up to date and ensuring transparent communication.

• User Story Refinement: Together with the development team, you will design, define, and refine user stories that are clear, actionable, and aligned with the product vision.

• Prioritization and optimization: You will prioritize user stories and bugs in the product backlog and increase business value to achieve the best for the product and customers.

• Initiative and innovation: You use your creative freedom to develop, promote, and successfully implement new ideas and approaches.

• Data-driven decisions: With detailed analyses, user tests, and benchmarks, you make informed decisions for the further development of our product.

Your profile

• Stakeholder-Management: You are skilled at dealing with stakeholders and can prioritize their needs while further developing the product vision.

• Experience in strategic product development: You have a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing long-term product strategies that have delivered measurable results.

• Leadership skills: You are able to coordinate, inspire, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Experience in leading product owners or cross-functional teams is an advantage.

• In-depth knowledge of agile methods: You are well-versed in the application of agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and can adapt them to different teams and organizations.

• Technical understanding: You have a good understanding of modern technologies, architectures, and collaboration with technical teams. Experience with APIs, cloud technologies, or AI technology is an advantage.

• Experience with KPIs and performance measurement: You define and analyze product KPIs to continuously measure and improve the success and further development of products.

• Market and customer orientation: You have experience in analyzing customer needs and market trends and translating them into innovative product solutions.

• Ownership mentality: You take full responsibility for the success of your product and bring the necessary passion and commitment to drive it forward.

• Tools and software: You are familiar with common product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar platforms and can use them efficiently.

• Global player: You feel comfortable working in international teams and are interculturally savvy.
