We are a Dubai-born boutique recruitment consultancy with a global reach, focusing on fast-moving niches across iGaming, Web3, and emerging tech .

I’m looking for a sharp, proactive Talent Sourcing Partner / Recruiter (role level is open depending on your track record and business fit) to partner with me directly starting ideally this September .

This isn't about spamming 100 people a day with robotic templates or treating candidates like numbers on a spreadsheet. I need a sharp, independent thinker with natural charisma, and the drive to hunt down top talent while delivering a genuinely top-tier candidate experience.

You’ll work side-by-side with me, bounce ideas around, source niche talent, screen candidates, and build long-term trust with industry pros. If you're proactive, think outside the box, and value real relationships over vanity metrics, this is for you.

What You’ll Actually Do:

• Find exceptional talent using creative sourcing tactics (niche communities, market mapping, social channels, not just standard LinkedIn).

• Treat every candidate with respect, prompt feedback, and clear communication. Make our brand the one they actually enjoy talking to and recommend to others.

• Conduct initial candidate screens, assessing mindset, cultural fit, and true skill level beyond what's written on paper (initially across junior/mid-level profiles) .

• Nurture authentic connections with passive talent so we stay top-of-mind when the right move comes along.

• Partner with me on role briefs, candidate pitch angles, and sourcing hacks that actually work.

Who You Are:

• You understand the iGaming/Web3 industry, the key brands, the key roles (affiliates, product, commercial, tech), and how people move in this space.

• You’re empathetic, respectful, and know that a great candidate experience is our best marketing.

• You don’t need step-by-step instructions. When you hit a roadblock, you pivot, test a new angle, and figure it out.

• You know how to craft outreach messages that feel human, compelling, and genuinely interesting.

• Fluent English (spoken and written), articulate, and confident on calls. You can build instant rapport while staying sharp on the qualifying details.

• You thrive in an agile, self-directed environment without micromanagement.
