Working Student Client Services

We are looking for a Working Student, Client Services to join our team in Berlin . You will work on a wide range of projects, from fashion and lifestyle brands, as part of our creative agency, HS+.

You’ll support our Client Services team in managing projects for fashion and lifestyle brands as part of our creative agency, HS+. From strategic and creative campaigns to productions, you’ll help guide projects from kick-off to final reports. You’ll collaborate with internal teams across Creative, Strategy, Production, Media, Brand Partnerships, and Editorial, ensuring seamless communication with clients. You’ll also assist Account Managers with tracking revenue, managing costs, and maintaining accurate profit & loss reports, while contributing to workflow and process improvements.

We’re looking for: Someone who’s organized, enthusiastic, and eager to learn, with an interest in project management (experience is a plus, but not required). You’re currently studying marketing, communication, event management, cultural studies, or a related field. You’re detail-oriented, a team player, and fluent in English, with a passion for the creative and fashion industry and a solid understanding of Highsnobiety’s aesthetic. You should also be enrolled in a full-time German university and based in Berlin.

YOUR MISSION:

• Support the Client Services team with the planning and management of client projects, including strategic and creative campaigns/productions from kick-off to the final report

• Ensure that assigned tasks are completed on time, within the scope, and budget

• Collaborate with different teams like Creative, Strategy, Production, Media, Brand Partnerships, and Editorial internally, as well as key client contacts

• Assist the Account Managers to record revenues, tracking costs, and maintaining accurate profit and loss statements for individual projects

• Work closely with the team and contribute to the improvement of workflows and processes
  

YOUR SKILLS:

• Experience in project management is a plus but not compulsory - we are more interested in enthusiastic, organised people who are team players & willing to learn!

• Major in marketing, communication, event, cultural studies or similar fields is an advantage

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Interest in the creative and fashion industry

• Interest in Highsnobiety and understanding of our aesthetic and brand

• Ability to think analytically

• Resilience and ability to handle multiple tasks even under time pressure

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory

• Enjoy working in a forward-thinking, dynamic, and diverse team

• Enrolled in full-time German university program, located in Berlin
