Your tasks

Do you have a creative spirit and want to unleash it in real professional practice? You may have already gained some experience in graphic design and would now like to gain an insight into the work of a modern, dynamic company? Then KoRo is the right place for you!

Our Marketing Team is seeking reinforcement for our Design Team. Together with your team, you will work on exciting projects, help create new designs, and assist with production for campaigns.

A variety of tasks await you:

• Assist in creating visual assets, banners, and graphics for the website and online shop.
• Design and adapt creatives for paid ads (social media, display, search, etc.) that align with campaign objectives.
• Create engaging visuals and layouts for newsletters and automated email campaigns.
• Support with design materials for events, trade fairs, and promotional activities (e.g., posters, flyers, presentations).
• Assist in developing creative concepts for seasonal or thematic campaigns.
• Collaborate with the photo and video production teams to create content for social media, product launches, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to test and refine visuals for better conversion.

Your profile

• You are currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• You are based in Berlin or willing to relocate for the internship
• You have excellent English communication skills
• You are proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator (experience with Figma is a plus)
• You have a strong sense of aesthetics and a structured, reliable working style
• You are eager to learn new software and enjoy exploring design tools
• You can develop ideas independently and confidently present your design decisions within given guidelines
• You have strong time management skills and can work independently while handling multiple interdisciplinary tasks at once
