Your Role

As an Optical Specialist , you will enhance our team with your expertise and help make our store the go-to destination in your city!

What You Will Contribute

• Conduct internal training sessions on optical topics using state-of-the-art technology.
• Provide expert advice to customers and support colleagues with optical inquiries.
• Lead the team in close collaboration with the Store Manager.
• Perform refractions and ensure that standards are met within the team.
• Oversee all technical equipment and complement store management with your knowledge.

What You Bring

• Relevant experience in refraction and/or contact lens fitting.
• Completed training as an Optical Specialist.
• A talent for communication and a positive energy that excites customers about our products.
• A team player who can align and motivate the team towards achieving company goals.
