(Junior) Product Manager

At Brandback, we’re on a mission to redefine shopping with AI. Founded by experienced operators and backed by a top tier investors and angels from the retail industry, we have gone from strength to strength since launching our product last year.

We are seeking a Junior Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product roadmap and driving user-centric features from ideation to launch. You'll have the autonomy to make impactful decisions, the support to bring your ideas to life, and the opportunity to grow alongside a rapidly scaling company.

Location: Berlin, Germany, office-first 4 days / week

Tasks

What you will be doing

• Collaborating with engineering and design teams to define, prioritize and ship new features
• Conducting user research and analyzing product metrics to inform decision-making
• Creating and maintaining product documentation and specifications
• Supporting the development of product strategy and roadmap
• Managing the product development process using agile methodologies
• Testing and validating features throughout the development cycle to ensure high-quality product releases
• Gathering and analyzing user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
• Working closely with the founding team and CPO to learn and grow in the role

Requirements

Must have

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field
• 2+ years experience in tech/startup environment
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
• Experience with agile methodologies and product development cycles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Notion or Linear) and analytics platforms (e.g. PostHog or Amplitude)

Nice to have

• Previous experience in product management
• Experience with user research and customer interviews
• Technical background or ability to work closely with engineering teams
